The machine is rigid in construction and the main spindle is mounted on high accuracy bearings to machine precise components with high surface finish. To ensure repeated accuracy over a long period, the contact area of the saddle with bed is provided with a anti friction coating to minimize wear and tear.
Highest safety standards: Machine lead screw protection guards, rear splash guard, chuck guard, coolant splash guard, and lead screw protection guard are offered as standard features.
Machine Geometric accuracies conform to stringent German Standard :DIN 8605.
Legendary spindle run out of 0.003 mm.
The crossfeed and longitudinal screw rod threads are profile ground for smooth rotation and fine machining.
A manual lubrication pump delivers oil to all the sliding surfaces to retain the accuracy of the machine over a long period.
Machine can also be supplied with Quick acting collet attachment, different configurations of steady rest, follow steady rest, taper turning attachment, DRO unit, Multi fix quick change tool post (Type A – LZ 330 ).
